Hi I did what you told as to launch anatomist from the "bin" directory then to open an empty window. It crashed. The cmd window shows that it's all right up to "all python modules loaded". Then : QGL context : :chooseContext() : wglCreateContext failed: Une routine d'initialisati...

Prepare datas for Datamind

Hi crew! I was told that before using Datamind you must do a set of processing on the brain volume with at first the pipeline, then the recognition of the folds. But you must also run the "CRF classif" toolbox to allow the use of "Brainvolume" The problem is that the "CRF cl...

Thank you very much Denis. For the people not very clever with computers as I, here is the way to change the path. 1/ When you download "R", you can put the R folder in the program file or anywhere else. (I put it in Shfj-packstable\Shfj-packstable\brainvisa.) 2/ The second step is to inst...

Hi Denis, You're quite right! R is unavailable. I tried to specify a path in 'preferences\general\processespath'. In vain! Rgui.exe doesn't work, neither rw2001 nor R.exe nor Rterm.exe, nor R. My path is C:\SHFJ_pack-stable-win32-2.3.5\SHFJ_pack-stable-win32-2.3.5\brainvisa\lib\R\rw2001\bin\R.exe. W...

R and Brainvisa

Hi Isa and Denis I still am looking for Datamind. Is it available on windows and if any, in which version ? Second or third question : I tried to use "morphometry stastistics". As a model I choosed Lfolds_model.arg. For the data_graphs : I put first a list of LpatientAuto.arg (and in a sec...

R and Brainvisa

Hi and happy new year, full of brain... Just a silly question about the intallation of "R" : where to put the softwear's folder ? Inside the program file or in the brainvisa package ? how to run R in brainvisa ? Then, I would like to compare two populations of brain. The sulci are recogniz...

Hi Isa
I was given to brain volumes with the Dicom format. With the both appeared the problem solved by the same way. I'm waiting for new images. The next question tells about segmentation.
