Strange brain cascade for SPGR sequence error
Hi On processing a T1 image imported from a volume in "Analyze" format (X240 Y240 Z150, thickness 1mm) and after "Prepare Subject for Anatomical Pipeline" we tried to run "Ana do a lot of things". The program stoped in the Histo_analysis process, with the following erro...

Thanks for your help. Following your suggestion we first imported the Dicom files with import -> diffusion -> GEMS and two files have been obtained: the t2_diffusion.ima and raw_dw_diffusion.ima. But now we've two aditional questions, 1.- the aimsflip command doesn't work under windows. Is it possib...

DTI adquisition transformation
HI
We're interested in DTI studies. Our t2 image adquisition is in the coronal plane, how can we transform it to what brainvisa expects?
Can somebody explain what the "nex" parameter (in import data -> diffusion -> GEMS) is?
Thanks in advance.

we have detect two problems with the 3.0.1 version running on windows: 1. we cannot import any data with data management-> anatomy (for example analyze nor DICOM files) 2. when an error occurs in brainvisa the program crushes and all the parallel processes became lost. Is there any solution? thanks ...

Gyri reconstruction and recognition
hi
We're interested on gyri reconstruction and gyri recognition. Is it posible to obtain mesh files or label volumes of the different brain gyri?
Thanks in advance.

conversion from mesh to arg files
hi we're interested in the conversion of a .mesh file (obtained from aimsmesh and aimsmeshzcat containing several sulci) to .arg file. We tried to use aimsmeshcc2arg command line but we have some questions: Is this the right way? if it really is, what does it mean the following parameters?: -v <inpu...

last step on the sulci mesh edition
-from last topic- Hi again Thank you very much, finally we've obtained the mesh output from the edited sulci in the .ima file volume, but we actually have one .mesh file for each sulcus so we have such 50 different files. Is posible to generate only one file containing all the sulci ( as like the &q...

To create a mesh from .ima file volume
hello We had used the "create sulcus label volume" aplication to create an .ima file from the sulci mesh generated by brainvisa. After we edit the sulci as a .ima volume (concatenate some parts... ) we want to generate a mesh but we have some problems on finding the application to make thi...

how to execute manual sulci edition procedures
Hi
Can somebody explain me how to execute a manual procedure of sulcal edition (referred as ‘Anatomist graph edition features’ in a previous message –26/Aug/2004-) that allows to concatenate different pieces of the same sulci or erase them? .

Is it possible to generate an Hemi mesh (brain surface) after the edition of the corresponding grey_white mask image or the hemi_cortex image?. If possible, can you explain me the procedure?
Thanks in advance

some "ana do a lot of things" issues
hi, We want to make a different version of ana do a lot of things, as like to finalize on the "right white mesh" step for example. Although it may be possible that we only need few options as a first step (like only work with one hemisphere...) and do the other options later. Is that possi...

questions about how to introduce an spm file in BrainVisa
