Pipeline2004, AnaDo: pb with Analyse images

Dear all, We tried on the 3.0.0 and 3.0.1, and there seems to be a problem in the pipeline 2004 with our Analyse images. We've imported an Analyse image in the database, prepared it for the pipeline, and, when we run the pipeline, it crashes halfway through saying: Computing left hemisphere grey-whi...

compiling modules on new versions of the pack

Hello,

Sorry to bother you with that again. I can't find the "include" files necessary for me to compile. I know they are in the source package, but I also need aims_algo, so there's something missing in that as well.
How can I get the includes?

Thanks,

Marie.

error message

hi,

the module is detected now but I have an error message when I run anatomist with the --verbose option:

Code: Select all

undefined symbol: _ZN15LinearResamplerIsEC1Ev
I don't know where it comes from, as I am using an Anatomist compiled on my pc, with the same gcc and Qt than my module.

Thanks,

Marie.

plugging module on development version

Hello,

How can I plug my module on the development version of anatomist? It's compiling and creating the library.

Thanks,

Marie.

packages which are not available in the source version

Hello,

Is topology/topoClassif available somewhere in the source packages or is it an element of anaalgo? I don't find it on the development version that I've compiled.

Thanks,

Marie.

with libsigc++2 , and a new download of build-config, it's finally working... :? By the way, where shall I put the Qwt librairy? For the moment, it is in usr/local/lib, and in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and the includes are in usr/local/include, but I've got a message at the begining of the build indicati...

It's the build-config from the same directory than the development version sources on the download page.
I'm using it simply with build-config --build anatomist
It doesn't output anything at all.

It doesn't do anything, nor give any comment... I will have a look at the libraries...

compilation on Fedora3

Hello, I'm desperately trying to compile the last stable version on Fedora 3, and I get a compilation error for cartobase, running on several lines for every time the variables are requested: from /........./cartobase-1.1/src/lib/attributed/achecker.cc:16: ../../include/cartobase/smart/rcptr.h: In c...

download impossible from the binary packages page

Hello,

Sorry for this message, but I cannot download anything from the download page. I've asked Denis S. to try and he's just told me that he cannot download neither. Is the problem mine or yours???

Thanks!

Marie.
