I'm currently writing python scripts that write on the fly .ana scripts, to visualize my images and possible multiple segmentations with anatomist. Will the script language be updated ?
Thanks

I just found the answer on the doc (again, i'm a doc-reading slacker) http://brainvisa.info/doc/html/anatomist/fr/programmation/commands.html Fusion2DParams Règle les paramètres d'une fusion 2D object int mode string (optionnel) linear, geometric ou linear_on_defined ... So... all this is just to po...

Minor history.ana bug
When updating the fusion control when fusing two image, the system writes an action in the ~/.anatomist/history.ana file. However, the way of fusing the two (linear, linear on non-null values and geometric) is always written as geometric ! What is the command in an ana script to set the mode as line...

ROI and window size
I just tried a bit with the ROI interface. It looks great, and pretty functional. That's why i'd like to use it to visualize my own ROI, which are binary images (If you have a better idea within anatomist, tell me) For this problem, i need to convert my binary images to ROI structure (.arg, file and...

Scripting the segmentation pipeline
I just tried the segmentation pipeline (brain mask, hemisphere separation, grey/white segmentation and sulci extraction) on a few on my T1 MR images from multiple sclerosis patients. It works great, perfect, with default parameters. Great job ! To check that it works, i'd like to test the pipeline o...
