Re: running anatomist on ubuntu 18.04

Hi,
For info, this was happening also with Brainvisa 4.6.1 on Ubuntu 20.04LTS, deleting the libstdc++ files also solved the issue in that configuration.
cheers,
Herve

Re: compilation error on Ubuntu 16.04LTS

Hi Denis,
OK thanks for your reply. I'll see with Fabien why he gave me the link to the trunk version and see if he wants me to download bug_fix one.
I'll try what you advise too.
Thanks,
Rv

compilation error on Ubuntu 16.04LTS

Hi, Working with Fabien Rastello to try to compil BrainVisa on Ubuntu 16.04LTS, I have run the following command: svn export https://bioproj.extra.cea.fr/neurosvn/brainvisa/development/brainvisa-cmake/trunk /home/user/Brainvisa_temp/brainvisa-cmake/ --force cd /home/user/Brainvisa_temp/brainvisa-cma...

Re: preclinical modules

Hi Denis,
Thanks for your reply. I'll edit my question to put it in English.
I just saw your reply today. So, could you put me in touch with the people of the CATI team please? That would be much appreciated.
Thanks,

preclinical modules

Hello, I am using the Nuclear Imaging/Imagene/PET image segmentation toolbox. I got them through a collaboration with the SHFJ at the time (back in 2006). I am currently using a modified version in BrainVisa 4.1.1 on Ubuntu 12.04.5LTS, but with the regular Ubuntu upgrades I start to have difficultie...

Re: PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection

Hi Denis,
OK no worries, I found that the command line "EcatVolMIProj" does just what I want so I am fine.
Thanks again for your help.

Re: PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection

Hi Denis,
Thanks for your reply. The MIP tool in Anatomist might do what I need, but where are the volume rendering object options in Anatomist? I can't find them?
Thanks,

Re: PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection

Hi Denis,
Any hope that you could get the nuclear imaging toolbox or the PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection binary and upload it somewhere for me?
Cheers,

Re: PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection

Hi Denis, OK I see, I noticed that the nuclear imaging tool box had disappeared. That's a shame there were very useful tools for preclinical imaging in there. The "PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection" tool was as its name indicated used to obtain an maximum and sum intensity projection im...

PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection

Hi, I am trying to create a PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection file in Brainvisa 4.1.1 (I have the preclinical PET segmentation module in this version that I cannot transfer to another version), and I am pretty sure I was able to make PET Maximum/Sum Intensity Projection file before with the modul...

Re: bug in Anatomist 4.3.0 64bit (on Ubuntu 12.04LTS 64bit)

Hi Denis, I don't know if you have had time to look into this, but the bug is still happening... I can't find any reasons for that.... when I said "I am giving up", I meant that I stop reproducing the bug with the sum PET image after 342 modifications... :D not that I stopped looking into ...

Re: install problem on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Follow up on that thread... I should have done it earlier.
The problem was indeed that all the ia32-libs and ia32-libs-multiarch:i386 need to be installed via Synaptic to have Anatomist 32bit working on a 64bit system.
Problem solved.

Re: study/subject not appearing in database

Hi Denis,
Spot on! That was the culprit!! Changing the first characters of the PET file to "m_" solved the problem, I can now select the files in Brainvisa.
Thanks a lot!

Re: study/subject not appearing in database

Hi, OK so, I checked the name of the files, there was a discrepancy, i.e. the folder name was in lower case and the file name in upper case... I changed this, no effect. Just to clarify, I have only PET and CT files in each subject folders, there is no T1 MRI associated with this study. To avoid mis...
