Re: A new cortical surface generation
Hi JF, Yes. I want to explore the deep WM using cortical surface. I am looking for a solution to get another cortical surface 5-mm below from the GM/WM interface surface. I thought and some of my team suggested applying a morphological opening operator to WM volume like you advised. While it might b...

A new cortical surface generation
Hi,
I wonder if I can get a new cortical surface that represents the surface (arbitrarily) 5 mm below from the GM/WM interface surface?
Thank you.

Re: volume rendering on osx
Hi,
I just tested volume rendering with some low resolution volume image and saw it worked. Thank you for your help. Someday, I hope Anatomist can handle higher resolution volume data on my MBP. ^^;
Thanks.

Re: osx keyboard
Thank you for your reply. I tried a 3 button mouse and found out it worked successfully. But, I usually don't use a mouse with my MBP. Anyway, at least I can use Anatomist if I want. Thank you.

volume rendering on osx
Hi, I am using Anatomist ver.3.2.1 on osx. While other functions work well, the volume rendering seems not working. What I tried is to load T1 volume data and select <Fusion> menu and select <VolumeRenderingFusionMethod>. A VolumeRendering object was created and I put it into the 3D window and nothi...

osx keyboard
Hi,
I am using MacBook Pro without mouse. I don't know how to control such as translation or rotating with the trackpad. The key shown in the help doesn't work. Could you tell me how to handle the object in the Anatomist with my MacBookPro and trackpad?
Thank you.
