What I understand is that ADC maps are trace(Tensor)/3. So ADC can not be negative. I found this negative voxels into brain voxels, but it is true that only in more or less 1% of them. What I want to ask is if I need to exclude this voxels for statistical studies, or if I can solve this problem work...

I have 21 subjects. I have made the ADC maps for all of them. Because all the ADC maps have negative values of the same order of the maximun value, I made the six tensor images. Using AimsDiffusionScalarMap i create the six volumes of the diffusion tensor. There are some voxels with negative values.
