Re: System Requirements
Having native amd64 package would be great. Now I am trying to run 3.1 on amd64 box and I get $> brainvisa.3.1/setup.sh Fontconfig warning: line 32: unknown element "cachedir" Fontconfig warning: line 33: unknown element "cachedir" Fontconfig error: "conf.d", line 1: no...

Any plans for releasing amd64 n...

AnaSplitBrainFromBrainMask fails
I've been trying to run Ana Do A Lot of Things from T1 MRI and then just Ana Split Brain from Brain Mask and got the next error message. Where should I look for the source of the problem? It might be I screwed things up somehow again :-) The version of brainvisa is 3.0.1 Process identifier AnaSplitB...

Get in touch with D. Schwartz and Sylvain Baillet (they are in the user list of the forum). Thank you for the ideas S. Baillet recently announced alpha release of brainstorm which does a lot for EEG/MEG forward/inverse problems and it supposed to import meshes generated by brainvisa... I will first...

skull meshes
What is your favorite alternative software to generate skull(in/out) meshes? (freesurf/brainsuite/ASA/oth) That is sad that there is no even half-automatic tool for that in brainvisa... or did I miss something?
