Re: Installation problem on Mac OSX Lion 2.7
I completely understand your point on BV not beeing natively developed on MacOS and I am very thanks full that a MacOS version of BV exists! Having said that the error message I've got is LSOpenURLsWithRole() failed with error -10810 for the file /brainvisa/BrainVISA.app. Thanks for your help. mich

Registration of one slice on a full volume
Dear BrainVisa experts,
I would like to register 2 files:
1 full brain volume with simple 1 sagittal slice of brain.
I tried many options without success and I was wondering if you had an idea about how to do that.
Many thanks,
michel

Brainvisa on OSX 10.6 (snow leopard)
Dear all, Just for users to know that on macbookpro intel the mac version Brainvisa 3.1.6 is fully compatible 10.5 (leopard)... think I've tried almost everything with success. However, even if the interface launched very well, all processes are systematically crashing on 10.6 (snow leopard). cheers...

DTI Scalar feature
Dear experts, I'm very interested with the scalar feature provided for the tracks. 1) I would like to know if there is a published reference we can cite if we want to use it. 2) I don't understand what exactly the scalar feature is doing in the case of the measurement of a "Y" shaped track...

sulci texture gradient palette unit ?
Dear Experts,
I inflated a brain an applied the texture of the sulci, I'm really please of the result but I would need to know the unit used for the gradient of the texture.
thanks in advance for your help,
cheers,
michel

Registration interpolation
Dear experts,
I was wondering if you could give some specification about the interpolation algorithm in BV registration interpolation. Which kind of interpolation is Bsplined ? and how many degrees ?
And BTW what is the galactic and intergalactic interpolation ?
michel
