Hello, My previous post was a mistake. Actually I want to calculate the local Sulcal index. I already have "surface_native" for each sulcus of each subject and now I need the "brain_hull_area" all over the brain. Does anybody know a process which give this attribute automatically...

Hello,
When we look at the graph fold of a subject's left hemisphere in Anatomist browser, we can obtain a surface and a refsurface for a particular sulcus.
What does represent refsurface here?

I am working on measures from Morphologist pipeline and I want to use native lengths as Maxdepth or hull junction length. It can be better than talairach normalization to find smaller statistic effects.
Somebody know how to normalize them?
