Re: gifti
Hi everybody, I converted a grey/white surface from BV with the process of Olivier and loaded it in matlab with the gifti class of SPM8b. Everything worked well, thanks! It doesnt work with multiple mesh (like in a graph), but it is possible to convert a multiple mesh file to multiple files with Aim...

Re: Anisotropic voxels
I've processed your data under BV versions 3.0.1, 3.1, and 3.1.3. on my 64 bit Fedora core 8 and everything was fine.
I've checked every resulting *.dim and they were all identical to the initial.
No bug on my side...

Re: AimsImageSmoothing
Hi Jeff,
The thresholding solves this issue, but it is strange to obtain negative values by smoothing a non negative mask...
Matthieu said to me that it comes from numerical approximations, as you confirm.
Thank you!

AimsImageSmoothing
Hello everybody, when i apply a gaussian smoothing to a volume, the resulting image shows multiple voxels at around +or- 10^ -40. ( comand : ~/SHFJ_pack-stable-linux-3.0.2/bin/AimsImageSmoothing -i myVol.ima -o myVolSmooth.ima -t 2 -s 0) I tried to convert my volume from FLOAT to DOUBLE (this looks ...

the use of good_regonition_percentage
Hi, sorry for this perhaps "for dummy's" topic, I don't understand the use of the 'good_regonition_percentage' process. The imput is a directory, but which? I tried one subject directory or a group of subjects, or a graphe directory, and i already had the error : IOError: [Errno 21] Is a d...

coordonnates of voxels after Talairach normalization
Hi, after a quite long search on the forum, i have no answer to the following question: is it possible to compute the complete Talairach normalisation (not only CA-CP alignment) of a full volume? I mean not only a referential change on the fly at load time but the computation af new coordonnates of ...

mesh of segments in a 3D space
hi!! I think there is a mistake in the example of .mesh given in the help 'pdf' i found on http://brainvisa.info I think the normals associated with a mesh which polygone Dimension is 2 must be a vector which size must be 3 * number of vertices and not just one 0 like in the example. I tryed with 3 ...

coordonnates of the bottom points of the sulci
Hi brain master, I need to extract the coordonnates of the bottom points of the sulci, I can obtain thoses from the .mesh and the white_sulci.tex, this give to me the coords with the int from the .tex but i dont know which of this int correspond to which sulcus... so the question is : how do corresp...
