There was a bug in AimsCorrectionEpi in thread management about one year ago. The command used to hang from times to times. Since 2.3.0 package was released on december 18th 2003, I suggest that you download a more recent package. To date the latest stable version is 2.3.2.

Hi Pascal, I think it is because processes that requires Matlab are not loaded. You can check that by looking at the log file (<ctrl>+L or from the menu in main window). To enable Matlab processes, You must first check that Matlab is installed on your computer and then tell BrainVISA where to find M...

Well, if you don't know what an MRI is, you probably need more help than what we can provide on this forum...
The built-in documentation of anatomical processes should give you some information about what kind of segmentation BrainVISA can do (and therefore the kind of parameter expected).

I see. It is not easy to handle referentials in a hierarchy. It is always a bad idea to split filenames in processe because it is only going to work with the hierarchy it is designed for. If I write my own hierarchy with another filename pattern it will not work. You can use the possibility to use d...

DTI importation technical documentation

Dear diffusion users, There were many questions about importation of diffusion data in BrainVISA database and I did not take time to awnser many of them (sorry  ). Therefore I put a part of the next release documentation on the net : Unix/Mac  ftp://ftp.cea.fr/pub/dsv/anatomist/document...

Hi Manik, No, there is no tutorial but if you agree I can explain you how to do it and you write tutorial... The types.py is in the oldest part of BrainVISA. As a consequence, there is no dependency system between types files. I could do this system so that you can put your types in your own file. Y...

You should talk directly to Roberto because he his working on these functions. He had been in Orsay for a few days and he can now prepare and compile his commands on his own Mac. But unfortunately he is not using Perforce (yet ?) for synchronization.

The error message you get from AimsDiffusionConcatenation (Not as b-values as dimT for volume D:\SE4\IM002) means that there is a problem with the dimension of the image. Could you open your image with Anatomist, put it in a browser window and tell me the volume dimension ?

If you have only a few exams, you can manage to prepare them "manually" (it may be more complex than it seems if slices have to be reordered). But if you need to process more than 5 acquisitions, it is worth considering writing an import process. Moreover, some important features are not a...

All your 504 files should be read as one single image data by our processing software. You use one of the slice file as input and all files will be read. You can check this out with Anatomist. If you choose to open one slice, the hole 4D volume will be loaded.

Hi manik, Your code is ok. I guess that you use the developpement version because there was a bug in the way Point3D ask information to Anatomist. Denis and I corrected this bug. We quickly checked that stable version was ok. You can go around this problem by putting your image in the Talairach refe...
