I tried : filePathWithoutExtension = os.path.splitext(self.T1mri.fullPath()) #Split the pathname self.T1mri.fullPath() into a pair (myImage, ima) context.system( 'AimsSubSampling', '-i', self.T1mri.fu...

segmentation problems due to voxels size ([1,0.5,0.5])

Hello, I had many problem running the VipGetBrain and the VipSplitBrain Isabelle found out (thank you !) that it was because of the dimension of my images voxels : [1,0.5,0.5] while BV usually works with [1,1,1] voxels. Isa told me to try the command : AimsSubSampling -i myImage.ima -o myImage.ima I...

Hello timj,

I use BrainVISA (3.0.1 version) on windows XP (SP2) and it works all right.
Have you got another version of Python on your machine (that you may have installed before BV) ? which version ?
I would be glad to help if I can. Could you explain your problem easier way ?

Thank you Isabelle. I will have a look on the iterative processe mode, but I wonder if MRIs (from same acquisition protocol) should be processed with the same parameters values, or if sometimes these values have to be changed from one MRI to an another ?

Hi ! I would like to know if it is possible to write text in an anatomist 3D windows. My objective is to represent electrodes with their labels ("fc3", "c1" for example...). I already represent electrodes by using AimsMeshGenerate to create spheres (see http://brainvisa.info/foru...
