Re: study/subject not appearing in database

Hi,
Yes I did update the databases. I even tried to delete all the database files and update again. I also tried to copy just these folder on another disk and create a new database, it still does not work...

study/subject not appearing in database

Hi, I am using BrainVisa 4.1.1 under Linux Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64bit. I have a "subject" called "nema_2013_05_07" in the study folder "NEMA_phantom" and for a strange reason neither the study nor the subject appears in the BrainVisa database. I tried to move the "nema...

Re: bug in Anatomist 4.3.0 64bit (on Ubuntu 12.04LTS 64bit)

Hi Denis, OK here is the procedure: 1. I load the image in Anatomist, and open a view; 2. Create a ROI session, create 1 ROI and start drawing; 3. I keep drawing until Anatomist hangs. What I draw (shape, etc..), where on the image, etc.. does not affect the bug; the bug happen after some times/numb...

bug in Anatomist 4.3.0 64bit (on Ubuntu 12.04LTS 64bit)

Hi, I have got a bug consistently happening when I try to draw manually ROI on a CT image (size 480x480x639, resolution 0.204x0.204x0.204mm). After opening the image and dragging it to a view, I create a new ROI session and a new ROI, after a number of drawing (variable from one session to another) ...

Re: install problem on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Hi Denis, Thanks for your reply. I have not reported the bug on the 64bit version but I will. To answer your question, as a matter of fact I have 2 other computers running Ubuntu 12.04LTS 64 bit, one with the latest version running the latest kernel 3.5 and one a bit older running the 3.2 kernel. On...

install problem on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Hi, I got a strange problem on 1 particular PC running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS 64bit. This issue does not happen on another computer I have running this OS. I must precise that I have BrainVisa/Anatomist 4.1.1 and 4.3.0 64 bit running on that machine fine, but I need to run Anatomist 32 bit because of a me...

Re: Rigid registration with MI dialog box

Hi, OK thanks. Could you explain more about what "level of the multiresolution optimization: start resolution level for ref" and "error_Epsilon = [ --error <FLOAT> ] : tolerance on results [default=0.01]" means... I did try to co-register a T2 MRI or T2 MRI template with a CT ima...

Rigid registration with MI dialog box

Hi, Few naive questions about the Rigid registration with MI dialog box, what are the reference_threshold, source_threshold, reference_reduction_factor and error_Epsilon parameters referring to? I manage to co-register preclinical images with this tool but it takes ages to compute... I was wondering...

affine registration

Hi, The tool in Tools>registration>Rigid with mutual information obviously only does what it says, i.e. a rigid registration. This tool box is linked to the AimsMIRegister command, for which one of the parameter when looking at the help says: --dir <filename: Affine Transformation3d>. My question ar...

morphomath in Anatomist 4.3.0

Hi,
Just a quick question, is the possibility to do morphomath operations on ROIs by voxel and not by millimeters gone for good in Anatomist 4.3.0?

Re: unable to save ROI file / error message: please help

Hi Dominique,
The "echo $QT_PLUGIN_PATH" command line returned nothing (i.e. a blank line, so I guess there is no path set for this then).
cheers,

Re: unable to save ROI file / error message: please help

Hi Dominique, OK I tried to move the "Trolltech.conf", I got the same problem with BrainVisa when the libcairo.so.* libraries are deleted, I got an error similar to the previous one except it is "(python:2662)", then I have not the whole code as my computer completely freeze. The...

Re: unable to save ROI file / error message: please help

Hi, This message happens when BrainVisa starts or shall I say does not start. Basically, the computer gets stuck with that message error, and BrainVisa never opens. Removing the libfontconfig.* librairies returned a similar error, except for "python:23223" which is different: (python:23223...
