Plotting in DataMind
Hello there,
I have a very basic question about DataMind.
Is it possible to have several 2D plots in the same figure ?
Thanks
Olivier

AimsMesh2Sphere
There is an implementation of Roberto Toro's mesh to sphere method in AimsMesh2Sphere. The program returns a texture that contains the computed coordinates. I don't understand what actually is this texture. It looks like it contains the coordinate computed to do the mapping from the mesh to the sphe...

Dear Lukas, concerning the cortical surface inflation, I don't think you can use it to compare cortical areas. The inflation process used by AnaInflateCorticalSurface has been developed for vizion of distances/areas, ualisation purpose only. It does not guarantee any sort of distance preservation. T...
aimstiff
Hi there,
I noticed a little warning message when I run a build-config :
aimstiff : not building due to missing dependency : tiff
So, out of curiosity more than anything else, what library is missing on my system in order to compile aimstiff ?
Thanks,
olivier

Specific Mandrake packages...
Manik, Denis, There is a package compiled with Mandrake 9.1 on the marspack webpage : http://marspack.free.fr It might not work with Mandrake 9.2 though, since they don't use the same KDE version, but maybe it is worth a try. I will provide one for 9.2 as soon as I have a little time (not just now t...

Denis, the problem might be that under Windows there are some specific drivers that overide the key assigment. If Bruno has a fancy mouse (I know he actually has), it is probably the case. Microsoft, for instance, provide drivers that come with a program for defining special functions assigned to ea...

file Info with Python
Hello all,
I was wondering if it is possible to obtain file info such as dimX, dimY, sizeX or sizeY within a Brainvisa module. I can't find any module within which this is done.
Thanks in advance,
Olivier

Importation of DW data
Hi everybody, I have developed a brainvisa importation module for the Bruker images we have in Marseille. I get the proper T2 image and raw diffusion weighted image, but when I plug them into the diffusion pipeline the distortion correction reject them because they are not "square", meanin...

brainvisa and Mandrake9.2
Manik,
here is a small contribution to your problem : I don't think this is directly related to Mandrake9.2. I am runnning anatomist and brainvisa with this linux distribution and everything is running alright.
