Hello,
the add-on package is not yet available.
It will process the raw data, using FSL or SPM for pre-processings.

Hello, If you created a new database, it should use the 3.1.0 ontology. Could you check it in brainvisa preferences menu -> databases -> your database -> expert settings -> ontology ? Else, maybe you need to update your database, try the process Data management -> Update databases. Dominique

Hi, maybe you have to change the referential of the window ? Indeed, using Anatomist "apply builtin referential" feature, the referentials and transformations of the header are loaded and a new referential is associated to the image. But by default, it is not the referential of the window ...

Hello,
Did you try to enter a new value in protocol and subject combo box as Denis said in its last post ? You just have to click in the combo box, remove the text <any> and write a new name in place. Here is an example in the next screen capture : Dominique

Hi Michelle,
Ok, indeed the fact that you cannot do anything with the editor process under windows is a bug. The window "ok - cancel" blocks the rest of the interface... We're going to fix it soon.

Hi,
Such a behaviour (drawing doesn't work) can occur when the graph is unselected, or when the paint control is not selected on the window. Maybe you have unselected the graph or the paint control by mistake ?
