Re: How to correct the Hemi_Mesh?

Hello,

after having corrected manually the split brain, you have to run again the process that generates the hemi mesh if you want the correction to be taken into account.

Re: Brainvisa Installation

Hello, Maybe you try to write in brainvisa inner database, which is indeed readonly. Did you create a new database before trying to import data ? To do that, go to BrainVISA menu => Preferences => Databases, click on Add button and choose or create a new directory to be your BrainVISA database. This...

Hello,

the add-on package is not yet available.
It will process the raw data, using FSL or SPM for pre-processings.

Re: problems with version 3.1.3

Hello, If you created a new database, it should use the 3.1.0 ontology. Could you check it in brainvisa preferences menu -> databases -> your database -> expert settings -> ontology ? Else, maybe you need to update your database, try the process Data management -> Update databases. Dominique

Re: Drawing a ROI on a fusion

Hello,

Indeed it was a limitation but Denis has fixed it recently so it is now possible. This feature is available in perforce stable version and will be available soon on /i2bm/platform.

Re: Nifti with Anatomist

Hi, maybe you have to change the referential of the window ? Indeed, using Anatomist "apply builtin referential" feature, the referentials and transformations of the header are loaded and a new referential is associated to the image. But by default, it is not the referential of the window ...

Re: Image Format

Hello,

Did you try to enter a new value in protocol and subject combo box as Denis said in its last post ? You just have to click in the combo box, remove the text <any> and write a new name in place. Here is an example in the next screen capture :

Hi, Can you describe a bit more your problem : which process did you run ? What parameters did you pass to the process ? Maybe you can send a screen capture of the importation process with the error message... To answer your last question, you can choose any directory to become your Brainvisa databa...

Re: Bug in ROI drawing with anatomist 3.1

Hi Michelle,

Ok, indeed the fact that you cannot do anything with the editor process under windows is a bug. The window "ok - cancel" blocks the rest of the interface... We're going to fix it soon.

Re: Bug in ROI drawing with anatomist 3.1

Hi Indeed, it seems there is a problem in the process brain mask correction. The graph is not selected in the window so you cannot draw. We will correct this problem. But meanwhile, you can select the graph by hand : - click on selection 3D control in the window (the arrow icon) - right click on the...

Re: Bug in ROI drawing with anatomist 3.1

Hi,

Such a behaviour (drawing doesn't work) can occur when the graph is unselected, or when the paint control is not selected on the window. Maybe you have unselected the graph or the paint control by mistake ?
