Hello,
is there a way to save the graph parameters in Anatomist, and not just the general preferences ?
I need to color my graphs by labels and not names (the default) and I have to change the settings everytime I start Anatomist...
Thank you.
Olivier

tree files that define models for siRelax
Hi there,
what are the syntax files for tree files that define models (for siRelax) ?
I looked in the siRelax/main/shared/ directory but still can't find one ?
Thanks ,
Olivier

HI, I am back with some more problems. When I call : siRelax paramFile.tree I get the following message : missing semantic attribute label terminate called after throwing an instance of 'carto::invalid_format_error' what() : missing semantic attribute label I used the syntax defined by the file : si...
siRelax
Hi there, I suppose my question is mostly for Denis here (again  ). I am trying to use the siRelax command and I have a few questions about the parameter file. I am building a parameter file using the siRelax.stx syntax, found in sigraph-main/shared/config/ You (Denis) once told me that I coul...

Single Files to Volume Series
Hello, we have trouble using the brainvisa converter 'Single Files to Volume Serie'. If we give a 4D volume containing a serie of 3D volumes as an input, it extracts only the first 3D volume for the output. Is there a way to give a list of names in the output box such that the process extracts all t...

Echoplanar Distorsion Correction
Hi everybody, we notice a slight problem with the echoplanar distorsion correction for diffusion images using Brainvisa. We have two different b-values, b=400 and b=1500. The b=400 images seem to be corrected properly, but for the b=1500 images, a large number of slices have not been corrected prope...

Concatenating graphs
Hello there,
is there a straightforward way to concatenate two graphs ? I don't want to add any edge, I just want all the nodes to end up in a single graph and the existing edges to be maintained...

Some of the components of the tensor diagonal of each subject have negative values. The trace of the tensor is an invariant, so it can not be negative. Is it indeed the trace that is negative or just some diagonal components ? Also, where are the points where it happens ? As there is no constraints...
