Re: batch conversion of mri diffusion images
Hi,
I suppose that you know Fabien. It seems that he has already seen this with Cyril Poupon who works on Ptk library.
You might talk about it with Fabien.
I am sorry I don't have any other information.

Re: runtime error in Grey White Surface
Hy Hanna, Have you tried with data for demonstration (the demo_data.zip package in http://brainvisa.info/downloadpage.html#data) just to check ? The message is too short to understand what happened. You can read more information in the "BrainVisa -> Show Log". Could you save the log file a...

Re: aparc 2 BrainVisa
Hi Joost, In fact, the Freesurfer coordinate system seems very good, but as far as I know in Freesurfer when you read coordinates on the sphere, you read according to the freesurfer spherical atlas. When you compute data in freesurfer from subjectA_?hsphere to subjectA_?hsphere.reg, actually the mes...

Re: question overlap meshes
Hi, I did some tests with my data and I can give you additional information. In fact you don't need to resample data because all information are written in the headers. In order to resolve the problem, you can process by two different ways: -> The FIRST is very simple, you can use the 001.nii file i...

Re: question overlap meshes
Hi, Yes, I'm interested to know what you did. Please could you give me some information ? I would like to know which T1 data you used to run Morphologist : /mri/orig/001.mgz OR /mri/T1.mgz OR /mri/orig.mgz ? I give you more information about the other post very soon, I'm waiting further information ...

Re: Turn off transparency of FUSION2D
Hi, Very good, a question and the answer !!!! If you want more information about fusion in Anatomist, take a look at : http://brainvisa.info/doc/anatomist-4.2/ana_training/en/html/index.html#ana_training http://brainvisa.info/doc/anatomist-4.2/ana_man/en/html/index.html#ana_man then "Combining ...

Re: aparc 2 BrainVisa
Hi, I can confirm that you can't do a fusion between meshes coming from Morphologist and texture data coming from FreeSurfer. The way to compute them are different, so that those data don't share the same structure. You can't do a fusion between the lh.aparc.annot.tex / lh.r.aparc.annot.tex and _Lhe...

Re: aparc 2 BrainVisa
Hello, For the time being, this is not possible because when you match a texture and a mesh, many precautions are necessary : - to make sure that texture and mesh are in the same referentiel - that the texture can be matched on the mesh, if mesh and texture have the same point number (so one texture...

Re: parallel importation from freesurfer
Hi, Yes, I think it's a good practice to try only some data from the importation to the last step (do you want to use the sulci recognition ?), perhaps with many groups of 10, to be sure to set correct options/parameters in order to process really what you want and to trace back potential problems. ...

Re: parallel importation from freesurfer
Hi, It seems not very clear what you mean by "the import pipeline automatically imports all subjects in one directory". I guess that you want to import each data into only one brainvisa database. But in this case, each data will be imported into directory something like that : "Databa...

Re: 'Run in parallel' doesn't work for Import FS to T1 pipel
Hi, The problem seems to come from the using of "run in parallel". Maybe some information have been stored creating some confusion. As you said you had have this message only for data already imported, so I guess if you import new data without to try to "run in parallel", you won...

Re: fd4 and fd4_native morphometric models
Hi, Yes, you're right. You can obtain more information about models in "Morphometry -> Viewers -> Show Model Graph Info" process. For these models : Lfolds-model-fd4_native and Rfolds-model-fd4_native These models are for 3.1 graphs which include cortical thickness information. They may be...

Hi,
In fact the Ptk command lines are not manage in our package.
Howerver, it seems you use a right way to convert your data. How did you find this command ? Does someone advise you to use it or did you find it in a script ?
Have you tried with another Series ?
