Well... it seems that there is some problems with the database (even after conversion). When I use a process interface (like a pipeline) I can not use databases...

Averaging DTI (.bck)
Dear experts,
I was wondering if it would be possible to average (or even play with) several computed tensor as ("subject01_fixedDT.bck" + "subject02_fixedDT.bck")/2 ?
Cheers,
michel

Christmas
Hi users,
Just a few words to say Merry Christmas to the Brainvisa staff and all users.
I also choose this occasion to ask: "Will Santa Klaus bring us a new version of Brainvisa for Christmas ?"

I tryed the resampling process and the voxel are of course divided from 2...

As I really like Brainvisa, I would like to build some interface for uninterfaced process in order to help some new users in my environnement.

Many thanks
michel
