Re: Brainvisa 3.1 does not setup on MACOSX intel 10.4

Well... it seems that there is some problems with the database (even after conversion). When I use a process interface (like a pipeline) I can not use databases...

It seems to work... We'll test almost everything in diffusion in the month and tell you if there's some bug.

Averaging DTI (.bck)

Dear experts,
I was wondering if it would be possible to average (or even play with) several computed tensor as ("subject01_fixedDT.bck" + "subject02_fixedDT.bck")/2 ?

Cheers,

Christmas

Hi users,

Just a few words to say Merry Christmas to the Brainvisa staff and all users.

I also choose this occasion to ask: "Will Santa Klaus bring us a new version of Brainvisa for Christmas ?"

So you're right I didn't pay attention to -h... Anyway it's working perectly on 3d and 4d images (however .minf and .dim must be manually edited). Now I'm glad to be able to apply dithering approach on DTI and impatient to combine also with Qball in the next version of BV:) thanks a lot ! michel

I tryed the resampling process and the voxel are of course divided from 2...
