Dear all,

I saw with great interest the function build image in Brainvisa 3.0.2 (toolbox/spm/build image) converting text files to images. However, I need exactly to do the invert process, that is convert images to text files.

I can't also work on another disk than my system disk maybe there is a specific command to go or to mount a second disk ?

On Mac OSX the anatomist's weightlessness mode (ctrl space) doesn't work.
Precisely, it's impossible to launch this mode but there's no crash.

After normalization in SPM5, images are flipped to neurological conventions and displayed neurological in Anatomist (so Anatomist display the same orientation as SPM5)

I tried to create a mesh (whole brain) from the normalized .img produced by SPM5 (without any transformations from nifti to analyze).
It's possible without any bug.

Hi,

Just to signal a bug: when I try to open a big bundle, anatomist crash on my mac , but work well on Windows XP:) .
On the other hand when I try to track (with brainvisa v3.02) on the whole brain, the DTI pipeline crash on windows XP but work very well on my mac .
