Hello, I have a pb to register DTI. I made a template in matlab, in order to have a normalized DTI. After I register my original DTI on this normalized DTI (In order to reorient my DTI without loss of information), but I loss direction information... I have tried for several days to transform lesion's ROI (.ima files) to .arg.
Exist there another possibility than drawing them in Tool box ?
How to direct transform .ima ROI to .arg in order to make my 3D lesion's reconstruction ?
