Re: drawing ROI on anatomist
Hello, Indeed, the error you get is due to a bug, that occur only on Windows version. It will be corrected in the next version of Brainvisa, which should be available soon (before the end of may I hope). Meanwhile, you'll have to draw ROI directly with Anatomist without the help of the Brainvisa Roi...

Re: Error in "Pipeline T1 2007"
Hello, The fact that the left_hemisphere_point field is empty in the T1 pipeline is not a problem. This information is only used the first time you run the Prepare subject step to check the orientation of the image, then it is not useful anymore, the needed coordinates are stored in a .APC file. Som...

Re: drawing ROI on anatomist
Hi Aurely, I don't understand why it doesn't work when you use the Brainvisa "Roi Drawing" process. I've just tested it, it works well. Maybe you could send a screen copy of what you've done... Anyway, you can draw ROI directly with Anatomist. If you follow the steps described in Anatomist...

Re: drawing ROI on anatomist
Hi, Indeed it seems there is a problem with the feature "painting views" in the Roi Management panel, which you used to open an axial window. You can try drawing directly in the first window you opened without using the axial button to open another window. However, I didn't understand what...

Re: Two questions about Brainvisa 4.0
Hi Josselin, Currently, we are developping Brainvisa mainly on Mandriva 2008. But our system is planned to be upgraded to Mandriva 2010. However, we continue to maintain the compatibility of Brainvisa with older systems, like Fedora 4. So the next package Brainvisa 4.0 should be compatible with Fedo...

Here you have explanations about the .trm format used to store the transformations : http://br...

Re: Anatomist in Windows Vista
Hi, I've just downloaded the 3.2.1 version of Brainvisa for Windows, extracted and installed it on Windows XP. It didn't have error will uncompressing the archive and Anatomist seems to works correctly. So the zip archive doesn't seem to be broken. If you can't see the images, you probably have a pr...

Re: volume calculation
Hi marine,
The command AimsVoiStat seems to do that. You give as parameters a volume and a roi graph and it computes statistics about the ROIs, including volume.
Example : AimsVoiStat -i image.ima -v graph.arg -o stats.txt

Hi,
You also could use the volume rendering feature to see your image in 3D. It is explained here in the Anatomist tutorial : http://brainvisa.info/doc/anatomist-3.2 ... 06s09.html

Re: getting cursor coordinates using Anatomist in Windows
Hi, Maybe something went wrong during the database conversion. you should unselect the clean step in the conversion process to avoid deleting files. Did you check the database directory to see if the files have really disappeared or if it is Brainvisa that didn't recognize these files ? I suggest yo...
