Hi Isa,
Due to the confidentiality protocol which i have to stick to, i fear i may not be able to send you the data. This will be quite a lengthy procedure to request for high level hierarchy authorisation.
In addition i define coordinates in the pipeline, it has worked and the vip bias correction is working perfectly well. But the viphistoanalysis always displays this error:

I really can't understand where it does come from, i have tried to change the pipeline co-ordinates and have the vipbias correction re-executed, but but the viphistonaalysis still doesn't work out. I strongly guess that nothing will work if the viphstonaalysis doesn't. Is there a way or a strategy to solve this out.

Hi,

It will be difficult to help you without data !
Step of analysis histogram is very sensitive point. To begin can you give more details about TI MRI sequence, SPGR, IR ... ?
