I am a graduated school student. And I'm learning how to use BrainVISA now.
I'm so confused that I don't know what every items means(like 'mri:' or 'brain_mask:'...etc.) and what kind of files should I input in. Please tell me if you have the use manual about BrainVISA use. Thank you very much!!

Well, if you don't know what an MRI is, you probably need more help than what we can provide on this forum...
The built-in documentation of anatomical processes should give you some information about what kind of segmentation BrainVISA can do (and therefore the kind of parameter expected).
