Siemens sequence ep2d_diff provides possibility of acquiring with multiple Bvalues. For instance 400 and 800.
How to take this into account for processing?

Yes, It's possible but the "Generic Diffusion Importation" will be available with the next release.
However, you can do it manually by using commande lines. I advise you to read the documentation of "Diffusion" Module to understand how diffusion data are organized and to know the commands lines.
To read this documentation, just select the "Diffusion directory" in "Data Managment -> Import -> Diffusion".
Don't hesitate to ask more information.
