If anyone needs nifti input/out functionality

Post by PeterK »

Try our preliminary plug in

It should allow you to import nifti files into bvisa directory format.
It should also allow you export ima files into nifti format.
It should take care of the orientation conversions

Hi,
This could be useful for brainvisa 3.0, but the new 3.1 version available since yesterday also includes nifti support...
Thanks anyway.

Darn it. Always late to teh party

Not to mention that it won't even work in 3.1 version since the directory structures are different. Oh. well, we still be using 3.0 for a while :D

By the way, check out our other stuff!

Hello,

Indeed, the directory structures are different in Brainvisa 3.1 but there is a process to convert existing databases in the 3.1 version format. It's in : management -> convert old databases.
