Dear Experts,
I was wondering if it would be possible to reconstruct a mesh of the cerebellum with Brainvisa.
thanks and congratulations for the last version of BV I love it,

Re: Cerebellum 3D recontruction
During the segmentation process, the brain is separated in three parts: two hemispheres and an object composed mainly of cerebellum and brain stem. In the rest of the project, this third object is simply ignored. To my knowledge, we do not have tools to extract only the cerebellum. But it is quite easy to build a mesh of this unused object if it fits your needs.

Re: Cerebellum 3D recontruction
Yann is right, it would be easy but would often lead to a low tech rendering.
A lot of the tuning of the pipeline focus on the cortex, which is often leading to
a bad mask of th cerebellum. The main reason is that the morphology of the cerebellul
would require half a mm resolution to get reliable segmentation procedure (except for
maybe a raw mask)
By the way, if you wanna see a complete brain, there is a meshing process providing that already.
