Hi,
I would like to visualize using BV/Anatomist 3.1 images produced by Spm5.
Images are coregistered in the same space but not resliced.
I have referential troubles. With previous versions I used SPM to AIMS transformation converter.
Is this converter alwayd needed or should I follow a new procedure?
In the former case, the converter is not delivered with the package I downloaded.
Note, that the transformation information is now stored in the hdr file no more in an additional .mat file.
Many Thanks
MD

Re: referential trnsformation
Hi,
The converter you mentionned is now in fMRI toolbox -> converters and should be in the package.
But if the tranformation information is not in a .mat, there's no need to use this process.
You can use Anatomist "Apply builtin referential (SPM/NIFTI)" feature, available by right click on your image : referential -> Apply builtin referential.
This feature will change your image's referential and load transformation information stored in the header. So you will have tranformations between current image's referential and other referentials mentionned in the header.
