Hello,
I would like to know what is the best way to manually label a sulcus graph. More precisely, I want to change labels using anatomist color 'copy and paste' tool, and I want to save the graph under another 'sulci recognition session' (a manual one) that will be accessible in BV's database. Is there a proper way to do this using BV ?
Or should I just save my relabeled graph using a proper name convention and then update my database ?
Thanks,
Olivier

Hi Olivier,
You can use the "Sulci Switch Manual Labels" process (in sulci/morphometry) to re-write the graph as a manually labelled one before editing it in Anatomist.
