Mesh creation problem

Hello

I've launched the pipeline morphologist 2011 of the lastest version but I've weired results for the mesh processing :

All the masks are corrects ...
Any idea ?

Hello,

In fact it's a very strange result. I never saw something like that.
Have you only this problem with this T1 ?
Have you tried with other data ?
Could you post the log file ( http://brainvisa.info/doc/axon-4.1/bv_t ... tml#N100BC ) ?

Hi,

It could look like some rendering bugs due to 3D drivers. I have seen thinks like this in the past.
Can you try using software Mesa libs instead of accelerated 3D drivers ? You just have to copy (or symlink) the Mesa libs shipped in BrainVisa, in <brainvisa_dir>/lib/mesa/* into <brainvisa_dir>/lib/
and restart anatomist.
Does it help ? (it should be slower)

The pb only came from the graphic card ...
