Compatibility between different versions/platforms

Post by MSh »

Hi

I have previously done cortical mesh reconstruction and sulci recognition on some data using Brainvisa 4.0 under Liunx (Fedora 10). I 've also installed Anatomist version 4.1.0 on Windows XP and was wondering if it is possible to use this newer version of Anatomist (4.1.0) on windows to view the sulcal labels for those previously labelled cortical meshes using Brainvisa 4.0 under Liunx. If this is possible, should I use the sulcal_root_colours.hie file specific to the version of Anatomist I'm using (4.1.0)?

Many thnaks

Hi,

Yes, you can visualized sulci graph which are labelled by 4.0 version with the new package.
The nomenclature file (sulcal_root_colours.hie) is the same.
