How to define the correspond name of "anat_landmark_atlas"?

Post by Syu Jyun Peng »

Dear

How to define the correspond name of "anat_landmark_atlas"?

The anat_landmark_atlas have 145 ROIs.

I think that the names of the anatomical structures are not correct in table from http://lnao.lixium.fr/spip.php?article229.

Best regards,

Hi,

In this file, each line corresponds to a specific sulcus with a "brainvisa_acronym". The sulci name are defined by a nomenclature which is used only in BrainVISA.
Have you used BrainVISA and the Mophologist Pipeline ? Have you used the "Sulci Recognition" process ?

Dear Syu Jyun,

You have to refer to this file :
http://lnao.lixium.fr/IMG/csv/anat_landmark_atlas.csv.

The first column is the index used in the nifti volume of labels and the last one is the corresponding anatomical name.
