Hi,
I'm a newbie to BrainVisa and try to use the "Sulcal Parameterization" tool. Following the instructions from Olivier Coulon I assign the labeled sulci graph, the bias corrected T1MRI image, the name value for the sulcus selection (prepared according to the manual) and the orientation. But if I then want to run the programm it gives me the following error message:
"Mandatory argument sulcus_mesh has not a valid value"
But as I understand it the "sulcus_mesh" is one of the outputs and not an input. What am I missing ?
Thank for any help,
Renate

Re: Sulcal Parameterization error
Hi,
I don't know this specific process but in Brainvisa, all mandatory parameter should be filled when you start the process, even output parameter. For output parameters, you should enter a path for the file in which the output will be stored.
