Dear everyone,
I have installed the latest brainvisa 4.1.1 in ubuntu (10.04.3-desktop-i386), while it crashed when I click the image in Anatomist. I have tried it on a laptop and a PC with "Nv card" and a laptop with an ATI card. I want to know if there is a suitable way to resolve that problem. Thank you.
Bo

Hello,
There are two things you can try:
- Go to the preferences (menu settings -> preferences), in OpenGL tab, try to set 1 for the number of textures. Don't forget to save the preferences (menu settings -> preferences)
- If it doesn't work, you can try to use software acceleration by copying the content of <brainvisa package directory>/lib/mesa in <brainvisa package directory>/lib. It will be slower but won't use the graphical card.
