When I open the process T1 MRI => Morphologist 2012, there is somthing wrong.

'in Split Brain Mask 3 System command exited with non null value : 111'
How should I manage it?

I am afraid we don't have enough information to help you. Here we don't eve know which version of BrianVisa you are using (apart from "morphologist 2012")
Failure in the split step generally results fom an inacurate normalization or AC/PC points specification, or an incomplete bias correction. You should probably check these steps.
