Problem with installing brain visa on a mac

Hi,
I am trying to install the latest version of brain visa and I am running into the problems like this one
Error during installation process (brainvisa.app.cortical_surface.usrdoc.freesurfer_plugin_usrdoc):
Could not open installer://brainvisa.app.cortical_surface.usrdoc.freesurfer_plugin_usrdoc/4.5.0bin.7z for reading: Unknown error.
How can I fix this?

Weird, I don't know how it has built this strange URL installer://something
What is your installation directory ? Is it writeable ?

Has this issue been resolved yet because I have the same trouble trying to install Brainvisa on a mac:
Error during installation process (brainvisa.app.cortical_surface.usrdoc.freesurfer_plugin_usrdoc):

Would very much appreciate any feedback to finally get Brainvisa up and running.

Dear Steph,
try this :
1 - mount the installation file "brainvisa_installer-4.5.0-osx-online.dmg" (double-click)
2 - run Terminal (Applications/Utilities)
3 - go far away inside the folder mounted by the .dmg file as : cd /Volumes/BrainVISA-installer/brainvisa_installer-4.5.0-osx-online.app/Contents/MacOS/
4 - then type : sudo ./brainvisa_installer-4.5.0-osx-online
5 - the installation window appears as usual, follow the instructions.
It works twice for me.
