AimsSulcalLines

Post by joost »

Dear Denis,

Brainvisa4.5
Ubuntu 14.10

In BrainVisa4.5 I'm running AimsSulcalLines with "-m 4" and it produces a segmentation fault after running for quite some time. AimsSulcalLines with "-m 3" (NeuroImage method) runs fine. Could you try to replicate this and let me know?

Merci

Hello,
we found a bug in the AimsSulcalLine program, that we corrected nut you'll have to wait for the next bug_fix release to have the correction. It might be the origin of your problem. Is it an occasional problem or does it happen for all subjects ?

Hi,

All. Also, FWIW, it happens under different Ubuntu distros (13.10, 14.10, 16.4).

Merci

OK, I'll see that with Arnaud Letroter and will come back to you.
