Could I know how the diffusion model file (*.bck) is structured?
I generated it in ascii mode.

We do not have written a description of the bucket (*.bck) format yet. I will try to write one as soon as possible and put it one the web site.
The only other solution I can propose to access to tensor values is to build one 3D image for each coefficient. This can be done with the AimsDiffusionScalarMap command provided with the BrainVISA package.

Hi,
Is there finally a description of the bck files available on the web site (especially for tensor-type bucket files which I could'nt manage to "guess" by blindly exploring the binary, unlike the roi-type bucket which is much simpler)
thanks,
saad

Hi,
Yes, the doc is on the website: see http://brainvisa.info/doc/html/en/index.html, there are links to formats docs.
