How to apply a .trm to a .arg ?

Hi,

I don't remenber if a aims command can apply a .trm to a .arg ?

Hi Isa,
No, I don't think there is such a command.
Actually graphs can hold attributes that depend on the referential (normalized measures), not only meshes and buckets, so it is not trivial how to apply such a transformation (and in many cases it is simply not possible without recalculating such attributes from other data like segmented images).

resample ROI graph ?

if you have a destination image, you can use the "Resample ROI grah" brick in "registration" of brainvisa I think ?
but as denis said, you need a template or destination image
