Brodmann area

Post by hoshi »

Hi,

I want to superpose some normalized MRI images over a Brodmann area map.
But my MRI images are normalized with MNI tools (mritotal + mincresample) and the only Brodmann area map I found is the MRIcro one. Unfortunately, the images and the map aren't normalized using the same model (for example : the first one has 156 slices and the other one has 181). I really don't know how I can resolve that.

Please help me ! :)

I am afraid you should look for some MRIcro users... but maybe some are hidden here:-)

Hi,

You can investigate by using and computing transformation matrix (.trm file - to start you will find some information on the forum by searching "trm" keyword), the Aims command lines (AimsManualRegsitration, AimsMIRegister) or some BrainVISA processes like "Registration -> Registration Mutuelle Information Method" in level 1 (Preferences -> General -> UserLevel = Advanced).
