DTS format?

Post by as_dub »

Hi all!

I have a strange format MRI: .dts.
I couldn't open it with anatomist. From what I read on the web it seems to be a Philips format: do you have by chance any experience with DTS format? Is there a way to convert it to a regular format (anything readable by anatomist)?

Thank you!

Hi,

I don't know this DTS format. Is it a variant of DICOM ? If yes you could try to convert it using another software like mricron, to nifti (.nii) format for instance.
