Saving graph preferences

Hello,
is there a way to save the graph parameters in Anatomist, and not just the general preferences ?
I need to color my graphs by labels and not names (the default) and I have to change the settings everytime I start Anatomist...

hi

i think you have a file you can deal with : .anatomist/config/settings.cfg
But i don't know what would be the name of the parameter to change, for your problem...

I'm not sure this option is saved in the settings.cfg file. I'll check it.

OK, the graph options will now be saved with user settings.
