registration & viewing the results

Post by maria »

I have been registering 2 MRI volumes with BrainVISA. Unfortunately after registering they are superimposed so it is hard to tell if they are registered properly. Is there any function like clipping to see the underlayed image? I found a clipping tool but it only seems to work for the 3D view.

Thank you in advance.

When you select the fusion in Anatomist main window, you can open a dedicated window
from the menu where you can change interactively the ratio between both images. This may help for this checking.

You can also use the commandline "VipDeriche" to get the edges of one image and
superimposed them on the second image.
