Hi all,
I am trying to display a 3D image of a brain, using a clipping plane from the MRI of the same brain. By default, when I use an axial plane, I see only the upper part of the brain mesh, but I would like to display the lower part.
Is it possible to do this ?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Manik,
The axial orientation in Anatomist corresponds to volumes being seen from the bottom, so when a clipping plane is activated, the bottom part is clipped and the top is visible.
You can change the orientation of the clipping plane by changing the orientation of the volume slice plane: rotating it 180° will still display an axial plane but seen from the other side.
To do so, you can either use the interactive control "oblique", or using the commands system from an external program: the command is "Camera" and the parameter controlling the slice orientation is "slice_quaternion".
