My name is Flávio, master of science student at Universidade Federal Fluminense (Niterói – Brazil). My researches subject is about brain structures segmentation. The goal is develop a system that automates volumetric analyses of brain structures, identifying potentials anomalies.

I'm checking IBASPM functionalities. The objective is getting the hippocampus segmentation. Unfortunately I haven't had success. Is there any thing that should I trying? Any doubt will be welcome.
