Dear all,
I am new to anatomist (2 days now). I have many difficulties, but
the software itself seems to work just fine on Windows.
I am really awed by the nice pictures that can be made with anatomist
so I would really like to do the same with my data....
Is there, somwhere, a tutorial about anatomist? (besides the docs
within the program itself)
Can someone send me materials by email, maybe some notes?
english, french, german, dutch, italian, or japanese?
Specifically, are there somewhere .mesh files of the
SPM-Brains (or others) somewhere to be downloaded,
same with example files for sulci etc?

For now the only documentation is the help pages included with Anatomist. We know it's not enough, and it's in french. But consider that our software are not professional products but a freeware package that a few people are making in addition to their research, so it can't be as complete as if a real complete software team was working on it. things are going slowly... However Isabelle has written a french documentation that will be included in the next package update (soon), and this documentation will be translated in english when it stabilizes. Some little bits of tutorials should also appear, but a bit later.
And for example data, you're right we should put some on the web site, but we lack time to do it. At the moment there are only a few example MRI, but you can use them: you have to process them using brainvisa to produce segmentations and meshes of the brain.
