Generating a mesh when drawing the brain outlines

Post by François Leroy »

Hi,
I have manually drawn the brain outline slice by slice with the help of the ROI tool. I saved the brain ROI in a graph format. Is there a way to generate a mesh from this graph and if so, how can I do it ?
See you,
Francois

Hi,

You can try AimsGraphMesh. Actually, you will obtain a meshed graph.
After the usage of this command, you can see into the .data directory.

Considering you did the drawing slice by slice,
there is few chance you get a nice 3D consistency.
I will teach you how to use some of the ttols embedded in brainVISA
to get spherical meshes....
