This step enables to apply the inverse DARTEL deformation.1. Choose the type of registration with input parameter study_type (After DISCO or Native)
2. Select the type of data to be deformed (data_type)
3. Select the study directory of the experiment (study_dir)
4. Enter the name of the template given in 02. DARTEL Template Creation
5. If data_type is Other, the data to be deformed (data_in) has to be related to one subject involved in the DARTEL registration. Enter manually the data to be deformed (data_in) and the output (data_out).
6. Choose the destination subject space in choosing the destination subject (dest_nobias). Please note that if the mode_component is false (default parameter), nobias deformed by DARTEL are required.
The interm_isotropic_resolution and interm_dimension parameters correspond to final_isotropic_resolution and intermediate_dimension parameters fixed in 01. Prepare grey and white maps for DARTEL. The crop_inv_trm transformation corresponds to the one saved in 01. Prepare grey and white maps for DARTEL.
