This step enables to apply the DARTEL deformation previously estimated in 02. DARTEL Template Creation to volumes.Better option: Use Final deformation applied on volume instead of this process.
Otherwise, for this process:
1. Choose the type of registration with input parameter study_type (After DISCO or Native)
2. Select the type of data to be deformed (data_type)
3. Select the study directory of the experiment (study_dir)
4. Enter the name of the template given in 02. DARTEL Template Creation
If data_type is Other, the data to be deformed (data_in) has to be related to one subject involved in the DARTEL registration. Enter manually the data to be deformed (data_in) and the output (data_out), as well as the volume_Talairach_resample and the flow_field associated to the subject involved.
The numerical parameters (finale_isotropic_resolution, dartel_intermediate_dimension, min_x, max_X, min_y, max_Y, min_z, maxZ) must be the same as those fixed in 01. Prepare grey and white maps for DARTEL
