Import images of One Subject

Import an image:

  1. click PET_directory and choose the image your hard drive. (same for CT_directory and T1_directory).
  2. Choose it in the selection boxe study
  3. check detected fields in dicoms : center, subject, acquisition, tracer, reconstruction and reconDiam. These fields will allow you to more easily find your images then, so you just have to say something that has the most meaning for you.
  4. Once all fields filled, the name of the file that will be created in the database appears. click OK .
  5. click Run to import the image into the database.
